The requirements for these courses cover the knowledge and skills necessary to ensure the safe, ethical and legal management of challenging situations, ensuring staff are skilled in both de-escalating situations as well as having the skills to intervene effectively and safely to prevent harm.

All training meets the requirements of the new core competencies set to be implemented by the Security Industry Act.
